As a Long-Term Care specialist her focus is not just the clinical but also the financial reimbursement aspect for Skilled Nursing Facilities. With a background in healthcare compliance, case management, clinical reimbursement, managed care contracting with a focus on business operations, Karen has been successful with all areas of revenue enhancement. Connor LTC Consulting continues to specialize in training business offices and clinical teams, in Medicaid, Medicare and Commercial insurance billing, collections, and software programs. As a senior advisor to numerous healthcare periodicals, she provides seminars, articles and webinars on the changes that impact the geriatric population for skilled nursing facilities.
Connor LTC Consulting was established when it was determined that there is a need for education in the Long-Term Care industry. While many of us work with Medicare and Medicaid, the updates and ongoing changes can be confusing to maneuver. We realized early on that while working in the biggest smallest industry, that there is a need for constant communication and networking to understand the process. As it unfolds, we are committed to providing information for state and federal compliance for clinical and financial services.
